Jeffrey Welty, President, is a southern California native and began his insurance career here in town after attending Point Loma Nazerene University. Starting as a career agent for the Mutual of Omaha Companies, Jeff specialized in employee benefits and Executive Benefit plans.

After establishing an alliance partnership with a national payroll provider, Jeff began developing and marketing "Payroll Integrated Workers Compensation". A literal pay as you go platform which calculates and collects workers compansation insurance premiums each payday providing exact calculations and remittances with out the worries of mis-reporting and large year end audit bills.

Jeff Started CBIS in the early 80's to fill a need for most business owners. We developed automated processes for benefit enrollments, communication to the employees, and uploadable files to populate all payroll deductions.
